Five mandatory topics – from AI to fire safety – all from a single source. Training courses that your staff don’t just tick off a list, but actually understand. And evidence that you can use, should an audit take place, to prove that your workforce is up to date. Without it taking up all your time.
Why most training courses fizzle out without making an impact
A 50-page PDF is passed around, or staff click their way through a rigid system and end up guessing the answers to the test. The result: training completion rates often below 20 per cent, frustration – and by the following Monday, it’s all forgotten. Not because your staff don’t take it seriously, but because the tool fails to engage them. At the same time, employees have long been using AI tools in their day-to-day work, often without authorisation – the AI competence requirement under Article 4 of the AI Regulation has been in force since February 2025 and will be enforceable from August 2026. The challenge is real. It just needs to be tackled more effectively.
How the platform is structured
Each topic is organised into three interlinked sections – so everyone learns exactly what matters for their own role:
- Part A: Fundamentals – the common foundation that everyone needs.
- Part B: Department-specific – tailored to Sales, HR, Production and other departments.
- Part C: Sector-specific – tailored to your sector, from hospitality to care.
- Chapter K: Your own rules – Your AI policy and your guidelines, built directly into the training.
This way, everyone receives training that is tailored to their own day-to-day work – rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Woody – your AI learning tutor
Woody translates complicated legal jargon into plain language and is available to your staff round the clock. He explains your own rules in plain language – and he knows his limits: when it comes to safety-critical issues, he refers to the verified original document – such as your fire safety plan – rather than reciting locations from memory. A tutor your safety officers can also trust.

Questions that train judgement – not fear
Most training tests reward a specific pattern: anyone who ticks ‘caution’ for everything passes. This creates insecure staff who, when faced with a real-life situation, still don’t know what to do. We do things differently. Our questions combine three types of situation: those where the correct answer is ‘that’s perfectly fine’, those that go against intuition, and plausible traps. This way, your workforce learns to assess real-life situations – rather than reflexively clicking the ‘play it safe’ option.

Evidence that stands up to scrutiny
Every instance of participation is documented in an audit-proof manner and versioned – you can see at any time in the dashboard who has completed which training course and at what stage of the content. The content is kept up to date on an ongoing basis; trainers always deliver the latest information, and the annual training cycle ensures your workforce stays on track.

Always up to date – the Legal Radar
The law changes. To ensure your training courses do not become outdated, we continuously monitor over 90 legal acts from EU and federal law via 14 official source channels – from EUR-Lex to the DGUV. As soon as a relevant change is foreseeable, we announce it in advance so that you can prepare for it. It is then incorporated no later than 8 days after it comes into force – often sooner. This service is included in every licence, automatically for all customers.
Your data remains in Germany
The platform runs on a dedicated server in Germany, operated by an ISO 27001-certified hosting provider. Woody also operates in a closed environment, hosted in Germany: your input does not leave Germany – not even to the USA – it is never used to train AI models, and your prompts are not stored permanently. What you enter stays with you.
Multilingual
German, English and six other verified languages are available. Further languages are possible on request via automated translation – at your own risk and with four weeks’ notice per language. We provide company-specific content exclusively in the languages you supply yourself; we do not translate customer-specific content.
Minimal effort for you
We set up your closed company environment – including your logo and your own rules. You can then perform the administration of staff, departments and assignments yourself via your admin dashboard, via CSV import or SSO. This takes almost no time at all for your IT team, and you remain flexible at all times.
