Most providers only reveal the actual costs – and what’s charged as an extra – in their quote PDF. We do it the other way round: our prices are listed here, in full and with complete accuracy. You pay for one licence per employee for twelve months, and that covers everything. That’s the key difference compared to many other models – no module surcharges, no extra charges for updates, no hidden costs.
The licence – per employee per year
The more employees you have, the cheaper the individual licence becomes. Here’s a detailed breakdown of each tier:

All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. The annual prices are exact; the monthly figures are simply extrapolated to a monthly basis and are for guidance only – hence ‘approx.’.
How the tiered pricing works: Each licence is charged at the price of the tier into which it falls. If your team grows beyond a tier boundary, the lower price applies from the respective licence number onwards – your existing licences retain their price. The following examples illustrate what this means in practice.

The certificate is available elsewhere. What else you get, isn’t.
Let’s be honest: You can get a training certificate for occupational safety, fire protection, or data protection in many places—often cheaper. If you just want to tick the “duty fulfilled” box, we are probably not the cheapest provider you will find.
But with us, a certificate is not the product. It is proof that something bigger has actually taken place: that your employees have understood what it’s all about—in their language, for their department, based on the current state of the law. And that is exactly what you get automatically with us, without having to buy it separately.
All-inclusive – the key difference
Everything is included in every license—at no extra charge, automatically for all clients:
- All five training pillars, including industry-specific modules: health and safety, fire safety, data protection & cyber security, the EU AI Act, ergonomics & health
- Woody, your AI learning tutor—accesses only the content of each specific course.
- The Update Service with Legal Radar: We continuously monitor relevant regulations, announce upcoming changes in advance as soon as they are foreseeable, and incorporate them into the affected training courses before they come into effect—for changes that apply immediately, no later than 8 days after coming into force.
- Refresher training included: If the legal situation changes or if there is a specific reason within the company, your employees can go through the relevant training again at any time—without an additional invoice.

One-off: Set-up and customisation
We set up your platform and tailor it to your organization once at the start. This includes, among other things, importing employee data or setting up SSO integration, your company profile, your organization-specific AI policy, a dedicated client course with all client-specific materials, and activating Woody for each course.

The set-up fee is based on the number of employees in your company – not on the number of licences booked.

Billing and Term
The model is deliberately simple: one licence per employee, valid for twelve months. Here’s how billing works:
- Licences are paid for upfront and annually.
- The twelve-month contract term begins on the 1st calendar day of the month following receipt of full payment – for example: payment received on 1 August, term begins 1 September. For longer contract terms, you continue to pay year by year: the annual amount becomes due again after twelve months – not the entire term at once.
- Your platform will be ready within 14 working days of receipt of full payment. Should individual organisation-specific details still be missing at that point, we will nevertheless activate on schedule and add the affected content as soon as your details are available.
- Additional bookings—extra licenses for new employees—are possible at any time up to 14 days before the end of your current contract term, at the full tier price regardless of the booking time: You pay for the full training including the certificate, not the remaining access time. Additionally booked licenses run together with your other licenses until the same contract end date.
- The one-off set-up fee is payable at the start, together with the first annual payment.
Fair ways to save
We deliberately keep the licence price stable. Instead of negotiating discounts, there are clearly defined ways to save that are worthwhile for you:
- Term bonus: 10% off the licence fee for a 24-month term, 15% for a 36-month term – with a 36-month term, you also receive a price guarantee for the entire term.
- Migration protection – your remaining term counts: If you switch from an ongoing contract with another provider, we will credit the proven remaining term against your licence fee with us – for up to six months, up to a maximum of 30% of the first year’s licence costs incurred with us. A copy of the invoice or contract is sufficient.
Both benefits can be combined.
